Banana Bread

Everybody has a recipe for banana bread they claim is the best in the world. Here is a simple recipe for this time tested treat. Enjoy this golden brown treat hot from the oven.
Ingredients -
 

2 Large Eggs, beaten
1/3 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup mashed Bananas
1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cups White Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup chopped Pecans

 
Preparation:
 

1. Preheat oven to 325 F.

2. In a medium-mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and mashed bananas.

3. In a small bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

4. Add flour mixture to bananas.

5. Stir in pecans. Mix banana bread mixture well.

6. Spray 9 x 5 bread baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

7. Pour banana bread mixture into bread baking pan, and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
