Banana Honey Muffins

Healthy banana honey muffins made from bran cereal, honey, milk, butter, egg, banana, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Ingredients -
 

3/4 cup Milk
1 1/2 cups Bran Cereal
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1/3 cup Honey
1 cup medium Ripe Bananas, mashed
1 Large Egg, slightly beaten
1 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Coarse Salt
1 tablespoon Baking Powder

 
Preparation:
 

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. In a large bowl, combine milk with bran cereal. Let stand 4-5 minutes.

3. Stir in butter, honey, bananas, and egg into cereal mixture.

4. Stir in flour, coarse salt and baking powder. Mix until moistened.

5. Grease a 12 tin muffin pan with butter, or fill with paper liners.

6. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Place bananas in a brown paper bag, (so they stil receive fresh oxygen) with an apple, if you have one, and leave on the counter.
