Brunch Pizza

Easy ham and egg brunch pizza. Store bought pizza dough topped with diced ham, mozzarella cheese, eggs and oregano. Baked in a hot oven until golden brown.
Ingredients -
 

1/2 pound Boiled Deli Ham, diced
1 (8 ounces) package Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 Large Eggs
1/4 cup Lowfat Milk
1 pinch Dried or Fresh Oregano
1 12” Fresh Pizza Dough

 
Preparation:
 

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Place pizza dough on round pizza pan.

3. Sprinkle diced ham and mozzarella cheese over dough.

4. Add eggs and milk to a small bowl and whisk to blend.

5. Pour egg and milk mixture over dough.

6. Sprinkle eggs with oregano.

7. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Cooking Tip

Fresh Oregano
Replace the fresh oregano with your favorite herb or herb blends. Rosemary, parsley or thyme would all work well here.

Brunch Tip

Diced Ham
This is a great recipe to experiment with. Substitute cooked and crumbled bacon, cooked and diced link sausage or any other cooked meat such as turkey or chicken for the boiled ham.
