Cheesecake Dip

Simialr to chocolate dipped strawberries, this cream cheese dip features vanilla.

Ingredients -

8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup Sugar
1 each Egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 quart Fresh Strawberries, sliced or whole

Preparation:

1. Combine the cream cheese and sugar in a medium glass-mixing bowl.

2. In a small bowl, whisk the beaten egg with the vanilla.

3. Add egg mixture to cream cheese. Mix well.

4. Microwave for 1 minute.

5. Spoon over sliced strawberries or dip whole berries.

6. Serve warm or cold.

Cream Cheese and Vanilla

Use a high quality cream cheese and a premium pure vanilla extract for the best flavored strawberry dip. Premium vanill costs a pretty penny, but will last quite a while and make every favorite recipe taste better.

Make a nice food display. Set out a table for beverages and a separate table for food. Make a nice multi-level display with upside down bowls or flower pots and shelves draped with table cloth or other suitable and festive materials.
