1. Dice avocado, mango, pineapple, papaya, and tomato into ¼-½” pieces, add to large glass mixing bowl.
2. Add diced onion and chives to fruit. Stir to combine.
3. Add limejuice, brown sugar, hot pepper sauce, and sea salt. Stir to combine.
4. Fold in lobster.
5. Drizzle olive oil over top.
6. Chill and serve. |
