Vegetable Pizza

Fun vegetable pizza recipe even the kids will love. Crescent rolls topped with a cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and dill spread. Cover pread with assorted fresh chopped vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
Ingredients -
 

1 (8 ounces) can Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 (3 ounces) package Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tablespoons Fresh Dill, chopped
2 cups assorted Raw Vegetables, chopped (broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, carrots, cherry tomatoes or squash).
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

 
Preparation:
 

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Open crescent rolls. Unroll, but do not separate into individual rolls.

3. Place on a baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.

4. In a medium-mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic and dill. Mix well.

5. Remove crescent rolls from oven and allow cooling.

6. Spread garlic cream cheese mixture over rolls.

7. Top rolls with vegetables.

8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over vegetables.

9. Cut into bite size pieces and serve.

Cooking Tip

Broiler
Change the oven from bake to broil , top the spread with vegetables, sprinkle wih cheddar cheese ansd return baking sheet to oven and broil to melt cheese and slighlty heat vegetables.
