Artichoke Crab Dip

Artichokes and crabmeat with parmesan cheese. Dip is flavored with hot pepper sauce and fresh parsley.

Ingredients -

1 (7 ounces) can Crabmeat, drained OR 8 ounces Imitation Crabmeat, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
2-1/2 cups Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 (14 ounces) can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
Chopped Parsley, for garnish

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. In medium mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, cheese, artichokes, and hot pepper sauce.

3. Spoon the artichoke mixture into shallow pie plate.

4. Bake 25 minutes.

5. Garnish with parsley.

Artichoke hearts can also be purchased in jars, frozen and fresh. Artichokes are low in calories and high in fiber. Artichokes have no cholesterol and are rich in vitamins and minerals.
