Marinated Mushrooms

 

Ingredients -

2 pounds Whole Mushrooms
2 teaspoons Minced Fresh Basil
2 teaspoons Minced Fresh Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 cup Green Onions, chopped fine
2 tablespoons Dry Mustard
1 Large Bay Leaf

 
Preparation:

1. Clean the mushrooms and slice the larger ones.

2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

4. Serve and enjoy.
