Cheese Biscuits

Simple biscuits prepared from baking mix, whole milk and shredded cheddar cheese.

Ingredients -

2-1/4 cups Baking Mix
2/3 cup Milk
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Combine baking mix, milk, and cheddar cheese in medium bowl.

3. Stir until dough forms. Add extra baking mix, if too sticky.

4. Using tablespoon, drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

5. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Cheddar Cheese
Cheddar cheese is a tangy, orange colored cheese that bakes well. The flavor of melted cheddar cheese becomes even more pronounced and salty.

Milk
