1. Turn the oven to 375 degrees and preheat.
2. Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Combine the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.
4. Add the butter and stir with a fork until the mixture is crumbly.
5. Fold in the walnuts.
6. Divide the mixture in half and add the cherries to one half.
7. Whisk together the oil, eggs, water, vanilla and sour cream in a bowl.
8. Add the cake mix and stir until just moistened.
9. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the cherry mixture.
10. Bake until done, which takes about 50 minutes.
11. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for half an hour.
12. Serve and enjoy.
