1. Soften the cream cheese in a medium saucepan over low heat.
2. Add the crab, sour cream, garlic salt and sherry.
3. Blend well to combine.
4. Remove the pan from the heat.
5. Melt the butter in the microwave.
6. Add the flour and butter to the pan until well blended.
7. Add the remaining ingredients.
8. Assemble the crepe putting 1/4 cup of filling into the center of each crepe.
9. Fold and roll jelly-roll style.
10. Transfer the crepes to a baking dish, seam side down.
11. Spoon the sauce over the top and serve.
