Apple Crisp

 

Ingredients -

10 cups All-Purpose Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup White Sugar
1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Quick-Cooking Oats
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 cup Butter, melted

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.

2. Arrange the apples into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

3. In a bowl, combine the sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and cinnamon and mix well.

4. Sprinkle the mixture over the apples.

5. Pour the water evenly over the top.

6. In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, 1 cup of flour, brown sugar, baking powder/soda, and butter.

7. Crumble the mixture over the top of the apples.

8. Bake for 45 minutes.
