1. In a glass pie plate, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
2. Dip the bread slices into the mixture and allow to soak for 30 seconds on each side.
3. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
4. Add the bread and cook for 5 minutes per side or until golden.v
5. Serve dusted with powdered sugar and topped with berries.
