Fresh Basil and Tomato Frittata

 

Ingredients -

8 ounces Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
4 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
6 Large Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Half-and-Half
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Large Vine-Ripened Tomato, diced
3 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Basil

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.

2. In a bowl, combine the cheddar cheese and flour and mix well.

3. Transfer the mixture onto a 9 inch pie plate.

4. Sprinkle the top with the Monterey Jack cheese.

5. In another bowl, combine the next 3 ingredients and mix well.

6. Pour the egg mixture into the pie plate.

7. Sprinkle the diced tomato and basil on top.

8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
