Mexican Jack Omelette

 

Ingredients -

3 Eggs
2 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tablespoon Water or Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Butter

 
Preparation:

1. Add the eggs, cheese, milk, salt and pepper in a blender and grate for 10 seconds.

2. Add a pat of butter to a skillet and melt over medium heat.

3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until set.

4. Flip the omelet over and cook until done.
