Blueberry Pancakes

 

Ingredients -

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 tablespoon Sugar (if blueberries are unsweetened)
1/2 cup Soymilk or Rice Milk
1/2 cup Canned Blueberries with Juice

 
Preparation:

1. Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and baking soda in a bowl and mix well.

2. Add the milk and blueberries and stir gently.

3. Fry on a nonstick griddle until golden on both sides.
