Buckwheat Pancakes

 

Ingredients -

1 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 cup whole Wheat Flour
1 tablespoon Egg Substitute
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Applesauce
2 cups Water

 
Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, combine the flours, baking powder and cinnamon and mix well.

2. Add the egg, vanilla, applesauce and water and mix until just combined.

3. Spray a nonstick griddle with nonstick cooking spray.

4. Fry the pancakes until golden on both sides.
