1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Dice 6 spears of cooked asparagus.
3. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, salt, half & half and chopped asparagus.
4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and cheese into the bottom of the partially cooked pie crust shell.
5. Pour the egg mixture over bacon and cheese.
6. Arrange the remaining whole asparagus spears into a spoke design on top of the egg mixture.
7. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
