Crustless Spinach Quiche

 

Ingredients -

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 (10 ounces) package Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
5 Large Eggs, beaten
3 cups Muenster Cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.

3. Heat the oil in a largeskillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally,until the onions are soft.

5. Stir in the spinach and continue cooking until excessmoisture has evaporated.

6. In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, salt andpepper.

7. Add the spinach mixture and stir to blend.

8. Scoop the mixture into the prepared pie pan.

9. Bake in preheated oven until the eggs have set, which takes about 30 minutes.
