1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.
2. Press the pre-made crust into the bottom of a 10 inch pie plate.
3. Add the olive oil to a non-stick pan and sauté the onion and garlic until lightly browned.
4. Spread the onion mixture into the bottom of the crust and sprinkle the cheese on top.
5. Arrange the slices of tomato over the cheese.
6. Top with the shredded basil.
7. To a blender, add the milk, cornstarch, pepper and eggs.
8. Blend until smooth.
9. Gently pour the mixture over the tomatoes.
10. Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.
11. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.
