Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Sandwich

 

Ingredients -

2 Whole Grain Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Slices
2 tablespoons Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
4 Thin Apple Slices
1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Butter

 
Preparation:

1. Spread the cream cheese onto both slices of bread.

2. Arrange the apples on one side and sprinkle with cinnamon.

3. Top with the other half.

4. Add the butter to a skillet and melt over medium heat.

5. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
