Lobster Rolls

 

Ingredients -
3 ounces Lobster Meat, per roll (cooked, cooled and chunked)
1-2 teaspoon Mayonnaise
Coarse Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 leaves Fresh Lettuce, chopped
Fresh Rolls, of choice
1 tablespoon Margarine or Butter
 
Preparation:

1. Combine the lobster and mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.

2. Set aside.

3. Cut the rolls in half and butter both sides.

4. Grill the rolls until golden brown and crisp.

5. Layer the lettuce onto one half of the roll and top with the lobster salad.
